Resume Reviews offered now until August 7; sign up today to secure the time slot that works best for your schedule
Participate in a Resume Review session to obtain feedback on your resume from a career advisor and classmates! Each session involves one advisor and up to three students. Participate in this offering for additional support ahead of the MIT Resume Draft deadline on August 7.
Follow these 4 steps to participate in a Resume Review:
- Step 1: Sign up for a Resume Review by following these instructions
Resume Reviews are limited to one per student. Practice Sloan Values and sign up for only one Resume Review session to ensure that you and your classmates will all have an opportunity to conduct a Resume Review with the CDO. Sign up today to secure your spot and preferred time.
- Step 2: Utilize the MFin Resume Resources to work on your resume
Ahead of your Resume Review, use VMock to build your resume in MIT Sloan format and make edits based upon VMock feedback and advice from the MFin Resume Resources. This will allow you to have a more productive Resume Review session with a focus on content, not formatting.
- Step 3: Upload your resume in VMock at least two business days before your Resume Review
Simply upload the version of your resume that you want to be reviewed during your session at least two business days before your scheduled session.
- Step 4: Attend your Resume Review session
On the day of your Resume Review, join the Zoom meeting on time. Sessions are limited to 50 minutes and will begin promptly. The Zoom Meeting ID will be provided in your confirmation email.
