National Alumni Career Mobility Survey: Classes of 2011 & 2016

Calling MIT Sloan Master’s Graduates from the Class of 2011 and Class of 2016!

Share your voice in our second annual Alumni Career Mobility Survey, a school initiative to collect and compile salary and career outcomes data for graduates of our master’s degree programs. This data supports the school in highlighting post-graduation career paths and pivots; and is a resource for current and future alumni to support their career planning and success. The survey also supports diversity and equity efforts by allowing the school to benchmark and compare alumni career paths and salary data across demographics, and analyze trends by gender, ethnicity, and race.

Please tell us about your career path since graduation, what experiences have shaped your career, and what will help you take your next career step. As a participant in this survey, we will share with you valuable alumni outcomes data, including:

  • Longitudinal salary data and information about career paths after graduation
  • Insight into equity and opportunity across demographics, including gender, ethnicity and race
  • Career activities that support Sloanies’ professional development and success
