Career Central:

Career Central is our career management system that includes job opportunities, timely company information & updates, and where you will get details on upcoming recruiting events.

      • Job Search AI – uses AI to match you with job opportunities (sourced outside of MIT Sloan) based on your Career Central activity 
      • CDO Reviewed Jobs – obtained from employers targeting Sloanies and opportunities sourced by CDO staff 
    • Explore company contacts & notes: Learn about interactions and insider insights the CDO has gleaned from companies

MBA Career Advising and Support:

The CDO has dedicated program-specific Career Advisors who can help you unlock your strengths, navigate your internship/full-time search, and achieve career success.  

  • Ways to Engage with MBA Career Advisors:  
    • 1:1 Career Advising – define your career goals and strengths, refine your resume, practice for your interviews (mock interviews), create a job search strategy, prep for conferences, etc. 
    • Pop-In Advising – for quick career advice, pop-in at the regularly scheduled time and location. 
    • MBA Career Core – meeting regularly in the fall semester, you will learn concepts, frameworks, and resources to prepare you to recruit in a competitive market.

The Employer Relations & Recruiting (ER&R) Team actively builds and nurtures relationships with top employers, ensuring you have access to the latest and most relevant job and internship opportunities. The team also stays updated on market trends and insights to provide you with valuable information and guidance throughout your job search.
