Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project Client Applications – Spring 2025

“The Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project (HLEP) is currently accepting applications to join our Spring 2025 project cycle, by pitching at our Harvard/MIT Startup Pitch Weekend! HLEP is a student practice organization that provides pro bono legal research and analysis to entrepreneurs at Harvard and MIT. We match entrepreneurs with teams of several Harvard Law School students and an attorney advisor from top startup-focused law firms in the country. Together our students and their attorney advisors work together to answer legal questions over an 8-to-10-week project cycle. Legal questions can cover a broad range of substantive subjects depending on the startup or non-profit’s needs. Participating entrepreneurs will receive a report summarizing the team’s findings.

If you are an interested startup or non-profit founder in the Harvard / MIT community who would like to become a client of HLEP, please fill out the pitch weekend application form by Friday, January 31st at 11:59 pm EST. For more information, check out our website or email Josh Rotenberg (jrotenberg@jd26.law.harvard.edu)!”
