  • The energy sector continues to evolve rapidly, driven by the energy transition, increasing investment in renewables, and advancements in energy storage and grid modernization. 
  • Both traditional energy firms and innovative startups are actively hiring, spanning oil & gas, renewables, energy tech, and climate-focused investment.  Recent examples of hiring organizations include ExxonMobil, Shell, BP, NextEra Energy, and Form Energy. 
  • We are actively engaging with new Energy Companies.  LineVision and Advanced Energy are companies ER&R has engaged with this month.
