Yes. Both the Proseminar and Finance Lab are academic projects. For legal reasons, you may not represent them as employers on your resume, LinkedIn Profile, or other recruiting materials. If you misrepresent these academic experiences as professional work experiences, it can result in a rescinded offer. If you are an international student, it can impact work authorization approvals and your visa status in the US, in either the near or long term. It can also impact the relationship that the MFin Program has with the firm.
