The CDO supports this mission through expert guidance on career paths and preparation, real-time market insights, and deep connections to a powerful global network of alumni and employers. Over the past year, we have strengthened this work and adapted to today’s market by expanding how we engage employers, activating alumni as career partners, and designing experiences that support each student in developing the skills and relationships essential to advancing along their career path.
The 2025–2026 Year in Review highlights the breadth of career opportunities pursued by graduates across MIT Sloan’s distinctive portfolio of master’s degree programs, as well as the intentional design of career programming led by the CDO to help students move from aspiration to outcome. This work is supported by an exceptional career ecosystem and community at MIT Sloan, and we are proud of the impact it has achieved for our graduates.
