Grace Kimball (she/her) is the Coordinator for the Career Development Office, providing support to the entire CDO team through office management. She manages the Assistant Dean’s calendar and travel, as well as any purchases or financial transactions made on behalf of the office and supports the MBA Core Fellows. Grace is part of a dedicated team of CDO professionals here to support students across recruiting, advising, and career resource needs.
Beginning in the Chemistry Education Office, Grace has worked at MIT since Sept 2016 and the CDO/MIT Sloan since Oct 2018. Prior to joining MIT, Grace was a middle school French & Spanish teacher in Montgomery County Public Schools, Maryland. Grace holds a B.A in both French and in Spanish, a B.S. in Secondary Education, and an M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction, all from the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies!)
Grace has two children (ages 1 and 3) who keep her and her husband super busy but always laughing with their seemingly endless supply of energy and quirky personalities. Grace loves to cook and has recently planted a garden in her backyard to grow various fruits, vegetables and culinary herbs – hoping that the Central PA climate is amenable to these gardening adventures.
