Henry Hannon

Assistant Director, Data Analyst

Henry Hannon (he/him) is a Reporting and Data Analyst for the Sloan School of Management’s Career Development Office. Henry is part of the operational team at the CDO, working cross programs to provide data collection and visualization. In addition to managing the underlying metrics for the annual Employment Reports, Henry also provides tools for advisors, manages employer data and insights on student pathways.

Prior to joining the CDO team, Henry spent over a decade in operations within the biotechnology industry. During various times he’s assisted with data governance, ERP/CRM migrations, and even worked on some of the supplier-side vendor integrations still in use by MIT.

Henry currently lives with his partner in Somerville.
