Heather Holland (she/her) manages digital strategy and marketing initiatives for the CDO, and is a member of a dedicated team that promotes world-class career programs and content. Heather joined the CDO in 2001 and leverages deep knowledge of MIT Sloan to foster connections between MIT Sloan’s students, alumni, and employers. Heather builds partnerships with offices across MIT Sloan to share resources and strategies for promoting MIT Sloan’s programs, students, and services.
Heather is also a CDO liaison for Net Impact.

About Heather: Growing up as a military kid, Heather has lived all over the United States, including the Gulf of Mexico, the east coast, the west coast, and several states in between. She has visited or lived in 48 of the continental states and driven cross-country a few times – once for a job interview (got the job!). Among other adventures, Heather lived as a full-time RVer. She enjoys the outdoors and aquatic pets.
At work and play, Heather has a passion for designing, synthesizing, organizing, and simplifying; and loves the challenge of turning any complicated process into an easy guide.
