Career Coaching Signups are Moving to Career Central by June 1, 2026!
On June 1, 2026, career coaching signups will transition to Career Central. From now through May 31, 2026, CDO’s alumni career coach will continue to use email signups for May appointments. To make an appointment, please email careers.mitsloan@mit.edu and include your graduation year, program, and resume. Beginning May 1st you can also view and sign up for June appointments directly in Career Central. We recommend you set up a Calendar Sync in Career Central before signing up for appointments, so they appear on your personal calendar.
To sign up for an appointment in Career Central:
- Click on the Appointments tab in the left-hand menu.
- Use the filters to sort appointments by type.
Visit the career advising and coaching dashboard on Your CDO (cdo.mit.edu) for more details about career coaching for alumni.
Career Central’s platform supports Calendar Sync via Google Apps or Office365.
You can select 1-way and/or 2-way calendar syncing options:
- 1-way: Sync events* from Career Central to your Personal Calendar.
- 2-way: Sync events* from your Personal Calendar to your “Interview Availability” calendar in Career Central, which facilitates interview scheduling.
*Only future events are synced, not past events.
To set up a Calendar Sync, navigate to Account Settings by clicking on your name at the bottom of the left navigation menu and selecting Account Settings from the pop-up menu.

From Account Settings, click on the Integrations tab to review your current sync settings, authorize calendar access, and edit your settings to enable syncing.

Our technology platform provider, 12twenty, provides more details on how the sync functions (including how to reset and cancel syncing) in their Calendar Sync guide.
