
Career Central connects you with master’s degree candidates across MIT Sloan’s portfolio of programs (MBA, LGO, MSMS, MFin, MBAn, SFMBA, EMBA) and all MIT Sloan degree program alumni, helping you fill your talent pipeline with early-career, mid-career, and executive-level talent.
On March 16, 2026, MIT Sloan relaunched Career Central for employers on the 12twenty platform to offer a superior user experience for MIT Sloan’s recruiting partners. The guide below will help you get started with the new platform. Please connect with our team at cdo.mitsloan@mit.edu if you have questions or need additional support.
If you have previously used a recruiting platform powered by 12twenty at other schools, you can use your existing account to log in.
Returning Users: Log In with Your 12twenty Credentials
- Visit MIT Sloan’s Career Central page and select the Employer portal.
- On the log-in page, enter your 12twenty Email and Password login combination.
New Users: Create an Account
- Create a 12twenty account by clicking the Sign Up for an Account button.
- Complete the brief Account Creation form. Note: When you input your Employer name, suggestions may appear. If your company exists in 12twenty, select it from the options; otherwise, enter your company’s full name in the box.
- Once you complete the form, agree to the terms, then click Create Account. A verification code will be sent via email; the code will be active for one hour. Note: If you do not see the code in your inbox, check your spam folder.
- With your account set up, visit MIT Sloan’s Career Central page and select the Employer portal, then enter the email and password you just created to access the new portal.
Share your jobs with candidates, while easily customizing the application process – including who sees your posting, where candidates apply (our website or yours), and what materials they submit.
Post a Job or Internship
- Log in to Career Central using the portal for Employers.
- From the Career Central homepage (or left menu bar Job Postings & Interviews), click on + Post a Job.
- Complete as much of the Job Posting Form as possible to promote it to the best-fit talent. Note: Candidates set up job alerts and will be notified of roles that match their industry, function, and location preferences.
- Click the Submit button to send your job posting to the CDO team for approval.
Approval Process
- You will be notified via email when your posting is approved. Your role will be promoted to MIT candidates, who will begin to apply according to your application instructions.
What’s Next?
- If your chosen application method was Apply via This Site, you can login to the system to review application documents by clicking on the Applicants tab of your job posting.
- Click on each candidate’s resume OR Download All Application Packages by clicking on the three dots ⋮ (ellipses ‘action menu’) at the top right of the results box.
Your job posting is stored in our database; you may edit the posting at any time. You can also repost an expired posting by clicking the Action button to Duplicate the job and update it with a new application deadline.

Resume Books are free and provide a valuable opportunity for companies to maximize their recruiting strategy. In addition to using them to search for candidates who would be a good fit for your company’s roles, we encourage employers who are posting jobs or visiting MIT Sloan to review the Resume Books to identify candidates and invite them to apply for open positions or attend your company’s event.

Set up Your Interview Schedule
- Log in to the Career Central portal for Employers.
- From the left-hand menu bar, click on Job Postings & Interviews and then click on + Register for Interviews at the top right of the page.
- Complete the registration form with all required fields. Note: The person you include as the Interview Contact should be the person we will communicate with during the scheduling process. Once complete, press Submit.
- You will be prompted to Post a Job tied to this interview registration that candidates will use to apply for interviews (if you submitted a job already, see the next bullet). Be sure to complete all required fields for the job posting and click Submit at the bottom of the page.
Link an Interview Schedule to an Existing Job Posting
- If you already submitted a job that you now want to link to this interview registration request, once you have submitted the Register for Interviews form, you can close out of that form and navigate to the Job Postings & Interviews tab.
- Click on the Job Postings tab. You’ll see a Link Existing Job button inside the blue banner, on the right-hand side.
Link Multiple Job Postings to an Interview Schedule
You can link multiple job postings to this particular interview schedule if you’d like to interview candidates for multiple roles during one OCI session. To do this:
- Click on the three dots ⋮ (ellipses action menu) at the top right of the page of the Job Posting tab.
- Select Create & Link New Job Posting from the dropdown menu.
What’s Next?
- You will be notified via e-mail of your registration and job posting approval status once they have been reviewed by the CDO team.
- After the position is approved and candidates have applied, you will be able to login and review candidates for interview invitations.
When you are notified via email that you can review applicants for your approved posting, navigate to Career Central and click on Internships & Jobs in the left-hand menu bar, select your job listing, and click on the Applicants tab.
Review Candidates Materials
At the top right of the results box, you will see three dots ⋮ (ellipses action menu).
- Click on the three dots ⋮ and select Download All Application Packages (consolidated PDF) or Export All (Excel file with all applicant data).
- A pop-up screen will appear asking you to define the packet details, including which documents to include and how you want to generate the packet.
Select Candidates to Interview
When you are ready to make interview decisions:
- Click on the pencil icon ✎ to the right of a candidate’s Pending status under the Interview Decision column.
- A pop-up screen will appear asking you to choose a decision: Extended Interview, Alternate, or None Selected. Be sure to click Save after making your decision. This can be done candidate-by-candidate, or by selecting multiple candidates using the checkboxes on the left and using the three dots ⋮ (ellipses action menu) to Extend Interviews, Waitlist, or Reject. Note: If you select multiple alternates, you will be prompted to rank each alternate to determine their order on the waitlist.
- Once you have made all interview decisions, click the Confirm button in the blue bar to finalize your choices.
Add Interview Location Details
Once we have assigned a date and room to your interview schedule, you can add your Virtual Meeting URL to the OCI. Navigate to the Internships & Jobs module and open your OCI event. On the Schedule tab, you will see a blue banner above each Room on the schedule. Click on the three dots ⋮ (ellipses action menu) to the right of the ‘Please add your virtual meeting platform‘ prompt and select Add My Own Meeting URL.
View Your Final Schedule
Once the schedule is finalized, the Primary OCI Contact will be e-mailed with a direct link to view and download the schedule. In the Schedule tab of the OCI listing, under Schedule Options, you can select: Download Application Packet (consolidated PDF of all candidate materials), Export Schedule (export a PDF file), and Export Applicant Data (download all applicant data into an Excel file).

Submit Your Event Request
- Click the Host an Event button on your homepage; OR navigate to the Events page from the left menu and click Host an Event in the upper right-hand corner.
- Complete the form with information about your upcoming event. Enter as much information as possible to help promote it to students (especially industry, function, or location). Select the relevant Student Groups who should attend your presentation. If you are hosting a virtual event, under Event Format, select Virtual. If your event is “Virtual”, you will be able to add in your Virtual Meeting URL details by clicking on the three dots ⋮ (ellipses action menu) within the blue meeting information bar and adding your preferred meeting technology.
- Click Submit to send your event request for approval.
What’s Next?
- You will be notified via email if your event is approved, and your event will be promoted to qualified candidates.
- If your event is “Virtual”, you will be able to add in your Virtual Meeting URL details by clicking on the three dots ⋮ (ellipses menu) within the blue meeting information bar and adding your preferred meeting technology.
