The Student Networking Resume Database is a good way to start the networking process right here at Sloan. The database includes students from all MIT Sloan programs who are currently matriculated and have opted in. You can search for other students who are/have been in a function, industry, or company that you aspire to be in, see what their career path looked like, and reach out to chat. The search functionality is the same that employers have.
Students are opted-in to the Student Networking Resume Database, and need to update their profile to opt-out if they don’t want to be included. If you opt-out, you still have access to the database, but other students can’t see your profile.

To opt-in or out, log into Career Central and click on Profile/Documents, then click on Summary.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to Authorization Questions, and click on the pencil icon to update your opt-in/opt-out status.

To access the database, click on Student Networking Resume Database.
