Searching for your next role doesn’t have to be a solo effort. A career accountability team gives you alumni thought partners to help you stay focused, test your job search strategy, and keep moving forward, especially when motivation dips or decisions feel complex.
By joining a facilitated peer accountability team, you’ll gain a trusted forum for networking, shared learning, and mutual accountability. Working alongside fellow EMBA/Alumni allows you to pressure-test ideas, clarify goals, and maintain momentum through the natural ups and downs of a job search.

“The job search strategy group helped us bounce ideas off each other and kept me on track with my career plans and goals. It’s a strong support system during a process filled with highs and lows.” Adil Bahadoor, EMBA 2022
