As a Vice President/Associate,you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of a broad rangeof transaction types. This means managing multiple deals simultaneously,anticipating next steps, and becoming the Client’s trusted go-to person fordaily interactions. A Vice President/Associate should be able to drive aprocess from beginning to end – pitch, pre-launch & marketing materials,due diligence, indications of interests and negotiations. Under AGC’s “divideand conquer” approach, a Vice President/Associate must add value above andbeyond what is expected of the analysts, by proactively taking on tasks for thePartners and seeking out ways in which they can help balance the team’sworkload. They must prioritize the harder items to ensure their talents arebeing properly leveraged and the work is being spread out

Qualifications:Recent MBAgraduate or three to five years’ investment banking experience if no MBA.
