What does a Full Time Role Look Like?
Manage a team of 6. Solid base salary + bonus + wealth creation by equity in the GeneralPartnership of individual projects. It’s not Get Rich Quick. It’s also not Get Rich Slow. It’s Get RichCertain.What
Does Full Time Work Look Like?Based on your skillset but a typical day might look like this when you’re full time:
● Assisting with property due diligence for new acquisitions
● Collaborating with contractors and architects on construction details
● Recruiting and managing a sales team for retail leasing
● Working with financial analysts to prepare investment projections
● Coordinating with marketing to create strategies for lease-up or sale
● Helping manage investor meetings and updating them on project progress
● Anything else that comes up in a fast-paced, project-based environment
● Yes you’ll be leading a team and communicating with investors. But there might also bedays when you’re meeting a plumber to fix a frozen pipe because it’s gotta get done. Youwon’t be sitting in front of spreadsheets and Zooms all day.In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with acquisitions, project management, and assettransformation. You’ll build systems, work directly on acquisitions, and prepare for a potentialfull-time Director position. Your work will include everything from managing project timelines tocoordinating construction details, always with an eye on maximizing asset value.
