Job Description:
Full-time Senior Associates work with clients through all stages of consulting projects: identifying the major issues that the client is facing, generating hypotheses against those issues, structuring & performing analyses, identifying creative but pragmatic options against potential market scenarios, developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and then developing plans to operationalize the agreed upon strategy.
As a full-time Senior Associate, you will join the Home Team base and work across a variety of industries:
- Consumer markets
- Energy, resources and sustainability
- Financial services
- Health
- Industrial manufacturing and automotive
- Multisector investments
- Public sector
- Real estate
- Telecommunications, Media and Technology
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will typically possess the following qualifications:
- A second-year MBA student from a US or Canadian top tier university
- Exemplary scholastic record, recognized with special academic awards or participation in elite programs
- 3-5 years of relevant industry or functional work experience showing progressive/promotion and academic achievement
- Possession of outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and/or relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
