You will work cross-functionally to bring various strategies to life and with your leadership, align product stakeholders around those plans.Responsibilities:- Define the go-to-market strategy for monetization product at TikTok. You are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations for product launches- Work cross-functionally with regional PMM stakeholders and product teams to develop and execute programs and initiatives globally- Partner closely with the brand, content and data teams to deeply understand their needs, form B2B requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development- Work with regional customer-facing teams to identify market opportunities and client requirements- Understand the needs and demands of our commercial customers, use your creative storytelling abilities to show how engagement on TikTok can help drive marketing results- Monitor, research and analyze the data of the market by industry, dig up problems and opportunities- Prioritize, distill and surface market intelligence to work with product managers to plan and design future product iterations
– You must be a second-year student currently pursuing a full-time MBA.- Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.- Interested in product/brand marketing or product management experience with digital ad product- An understanding of marketing trends, the competitive landscape and what success looks like for a brand- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
