MIT Sloan Male Allies exists for men at Sloan to become better allies in the MBA program, in their workplaces and in their communities. MIT Sloan Male Allies will do so through the following activities:
● Support programming led by SWIM, BBSA, HBC, PRIDE @ Sloan and other student organizations that spend significant time advocating for representation, equity and inclusion
● Encourage men to take proactive ally roles at Sloan and in their future
● Start conversations among men at Sloan to foster a holistic perspective on allyship and empower men to evolve their perspective on allyship over time
