The MIT Sloan Career Development Office (CDO) is a catalyst for the dynamic talent community at MIT Sloan. 

We connect candidates in our portfolio of early-career to executive talent with curated career resources, experienced career advisors and coaches, and contacts within a vibrant alumni and employer community that generates robust networking and job opportunities.

For Students and Alumni: We are pleased to offer specialized career advisors and coaches for each program, and for degree-program alumni. Find your team under Programs (or Alumni) on our homepage. Your team has deep knowledge of job opportunities available to those in your program and the steps of a well-planned job search to help you prepare. All teams are trained to empower you through your top strengths, so you can leverage your unique talents and experiences in your job search and career journey.  

For Employers: Our team of Employer Relations & Recruiting experts specializes in your industry and can offer strategic advice to help you reach MIT Sloan candidates for your company’s opportunities. We offer free resume databases by program and invite you to schedule coffee chats and interviews to meet and evaluate potential candidates.
