Cleidy Liborio Fernandes (1522) brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the supply chain and logistics industry. She has held strategic roles in pricing, sales management, training, operations, global accounts management, and customer service across various countries. Currently, she serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Logistec, a premier provider of integrated services within North America’s maritime and transportation sectors.
Prior to her role at Logistec, Cleidy was the Chief Commercial and Operating Officer at CMA CGM, the world’s third-largest container transportation group. She oversaw network activities across 40 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean in this capacity, focusing on business processes, global accounts, marketing, e-commerce, network management, and pricing strategies. Her career also includes positions at CP Ships, Hapag-Lloyd, and Panalpina, all recognized leaders in supply chain solutions.
Additionally, Cleidy is an adjunct professor of Principles of Logistics in the Bachelor of Business Administration program (major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management) at Florida International University. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and has earned certifications in Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Sustainability. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Florida International University.
