HOW TO SCHEDULE INTERVIEWS:

Employers select candidates to interview from those who have applied directly to their job opportunity and/or through the resume database. You will provide the CDO with a list of the students you want to interview.

To set up an MIT Sloan-facilitated interview, submit a request via our Career Central recruiting platform through the “Interviews” button and select “Add Request”.

EXPLORE EVENT OPTIONS

Build your brand on campus, educate students about your organization, and promote recruiting opportunities! Please connect with your Industry Liaison to discuss the best event options for your recruiting goals.

Note: We cannot advertise any multi-school/virtual events to 1st year MBAs that conflict with Career Day (9/8), Team Day (9/15) or LEAD week (10/23-10/25).

Coffee Chats

To set up a coffee chat, contact us at cdo.mitsloan@mit.edu.  You will meet with students in small groups to answer their specific questions about your company and your opportunities. Typically coffee chats are 20-minute conversations with 1-3 students. Reach out to your industry contact to schedule coffee chats.

Company Presentations

Presentations are a great opportunity for well-known employers with a successful history of recruiting at MIT Sloan.

  • Evening presentations take place off-campus at area hotels and restaurants and may be followed by a reception.
  • Lunchtime presentations typically follow the format of a 30-minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.

If you are planning a presentation, please check with your industry contact regarding the date for your event, to avoid conflicts with other large events.

Host a Student Club Trek

Students clubs organize Treks throughout the year, visiting companies to learn about their business and hiring needs. Please let us know if you are interested in hosting a Trek.

Sponsor an Industry Conference

Consider sponsoring an annual conference to raise the visibility of your organization.
