The discussion, Anti Racist Ideals in the Tech Industry, has come at a time where the public outcry following the murder of George Floyd in May of 2020 has demanded that corporations acknowledge their own role in perpetuating systemic racism and work to make the necessary changes especially within the large corporate tech industries where significant pledges and commitments were made to the public and their employees just over a year ago.
