Diversity & Inclusion
Welcome to the Diversity Community
MIT Sloan is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all our students. MIT Sloan offers clubs for all interests and students organize events for global regions, women, and minorities. The activities of the broader MIT community, coupled with the international and diverse cities of Cambridge and Boston, create a rich educational environment.
In addition to student club activities at MIT Sloan, there are several national organizations that host diversity events for graduate business students:
- Prospanica – The Association of Hispanic MBAs (formerly NSHMBA)
- National Black MBA Association
- Reaching Out – LGBTQ business and graduate students
- Forte Foundation for Women
- Grace Hopper Celebration for women technologists
