Working in collaboration with the Career Development Office (CDO), Career Peers are highly committed students who build career community at MIT Sloan and serve as resources for first year Sloanies navigating the diverse set of MBA career paths and internship opportunities. Career Peers provide peer career mentorship with 1Ys through 1:1 meetings, by contributing to CDO programming and events, and by sharing their unique industry expertise and insights. We are seeking applicants who represent the wide range of backgrounds, identities, and career paths that make up our Sloan community. Any rising 2Y MBA student in good academic standing is encouraged to apply.
