Sumayya Essack (she/her) is a Career Advisor for MBA students, with a background in psychology and HR/talent management. Prior to Sloan she was the Head of Talent at an award-winning global fintech social enterprise startup. She’s passionate about supporting professionals in career discovery and transitions and empowering others to forge their own unique paths. Sumayya received her MSW and MBA from Boston College.

She loves to travel and has lived in Spain, Greece, and Argentina and has an intermediate level of Spanish fluency.
